at first glance it looks like just an everyday activity of washing the dishes, but then you notice...wait, its you being washed. but still with an attitude of it being totally normal. "what, you mean you don't bathe yourself in the sink?"
Yeah, I was going to include a still where I am climbing into the sink, but took it out for that reason. I like the idea of confusing two activities into one.
